Eating Black Pudding and Haggis

So this is going to be a very short post, but I think it’s important to put on this page! I arrived in Crossford Scotland on October 14th to housesit for a couple, and before they left on their vacation they took me out for breakfast and dinner. And for breakfast ........ I had...... black pudding 😎 I knew when I got it that black pudding has blood in it, but the couple said that I had to try it so I thought why not. It had a lot of spices in it (obviously though cause who wants to eat something with blood in it and no seasoning?!?) so it wasn’t too bad.. but the thought of eating blood was a little much. But I ate it. And I mean, for someone who’s anemic, boy is it good for your iron 👍🏻👍🏻 Then for dinner I had haggis!! But I’ve had haggis before so whatever, and it was stuffed in a sausage wrapped in bacon with peppercorn sauce so it was really good!
